My client has established itself as a genuinely innovative, leading and award winning digital marketing agency in the Australia.

They specialize in delivering a high performing online marketing programs to help clients achieve their business objectives such as more sales, leads, increased revenue and brand awareness.

The company offers marketing solutions across single or multiple channels ? including search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and display marketing, with a clear focus on performance and return on investment.

The Role

A great opportunity is available, for a high quality BDM to join their team.

Reporting to the Client Services Director your brief will be to to expand their business network, and identify new business opportunities.

Your key role and focus will be to increase new direct business through a multitude of channels, including cold calling, networking, with a strong slant on developing your own sales pipeline beyond their existing client base.

The role will suit candidates who are commercially astute, autonomous, pro-active, and who strive to succeed.

Degree educated, preferably in a marketing related subject. Studies in business, sales or online marketing an advantage.

Understanding of affiliate marketing, search engine marketing and internet marketing in general an advantage, although not essential.

You will have an exceptional track record of achievement including developing new business, revenue growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3-5 years experience in a Business Development role in Media/Agency/Digital.
• A good understanding/ experience and passion for Digital.
• Great communication skills & presentation.
• A professional yet engaging approach to clients.
• An entrepreneurial outlook.
• The ability to see business opportunities and act on them.
• Is self motivated with a genuine desire to achieve.
• Strong relationships within the digital/online industry.
