Chartis has an opportunity for a Coordinator, Marketing/Communications in its Communications Department.

Performance objectives in this role are as follows:

? Provides marketing support to global product teams and functional communications teams including employee communications, advertising, claims, e-business and events marketing.
? Assists in the preparation and actualization of marketing materials and presentations, including copywriting; provides additional support with marketing projects and with promotion items
? Prepares marketing presentations for events and speaking engagements; ensures all brand requirements (font/logo/color palette) have been appropriately followed and/or revising the presentation to ensure branding is followed
? Posts marketing information on website(s)
? Provides support for marketing events, including event logistics such as registration, room reservations, food, transportation, etc.
? Tracks marketing collateral inventory and warehousing of materials
? Responsible for handling billing and invoicing for the department
? Trains and mentors team members on system applications, processes, and client inquiries

Position Requirements
? ???????????????????Two to four years marketing/communications
experience
? ??????????????????Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
? ???????????????????Strong writing skills
? Basic knowledge of marketing and communications concepts, practices, procedures, and techniques
? Basic knowledge of insurance products and insurance industry market dynamics
? Proficient PC skills
